1) I am unable to find my password in order to verify my account/my order email/shipping email.

Do check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' folder for the emails.

2) What are the available payment options?

We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard payment using our secure server to ensure your privacy and security.

3) Do you offer free local shipping?

Local Shipping is Free with a minimum purchase of $60! Before-which a delivery fee of $5 will be charged. :) 

4) Do you ship outside of Singapore?

Yes, we do! Generally we have fixed shipping rates for delivery outside of Singapore but due to the volatile price changes by our courier company and the size of your order, the shipping rates may be subjected to additional charges. 

5) Can I change my address after I have placed my order?

In the event that you decide to change the delivery address, please email our Customer Support at orders@mumsandbabes.com within 24 hours to make the required changes.

6) How long does it take for me to receive my order?

At Mums & Babes, we aim to give you your items in 5 to 7 working days. Our Customer Service officers will inform you of the delivery date and times so that you do not have to worry about not being around to receive your items. During instances where demand is high or we are involved in an event (e.g. Baby Fairs, Trunk Shows, etc), there may be delays in processing your order. 

7) What is your return policy?

All items sold are non-refundable except for items with manufacturing defects which will be replaced or refunded based on a case-by-case basis. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, with all tags in place and Customer has to email us at orders@mumsandbabes.com within 7 days of purchase. The refund will be made upon verification of defect and the customer is liable to bring down the item to 81 Toh Guan Rd East  #03-01 Secom Centre S608606. You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge both way, and 20% of the value of the order, (re-stocking fee) if it not manufacturing defects. In the event that the item you have purchased is discontinued or out of stock, we will refund you the money immediately via Paypal.

8) Am I able to cancel my order?

We normally process all orders within 1-2 working days. If you notify us within that timeframe, your order would be successfully cancelled.

9) Can I do self-collection?

Yes, you can opt to do self-collection at our Toh Guan outlet if you are based in Singapore. Do note that you are only able to self-collect your order once our service staff has contacted you via email/phone to confirm the self-collection date and time. Otherwise, we wouldn't want you to make a wasted trip to our Toh Guan outlet! Self-Collection is at 81 Toh Guan Rd East, #03-01. Mon - Fri 11am - 4pm and Sat 9am - 12noon.
