You have automatically accepted our terms and conditions when you choose to participate in this website. All images and content seen on this website is a property of Mums & Babes.
1. Payment
Currently, we accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard payment.
2. Acceptance of Order **
You will receive 1) Order Confirmation Email and 2) Paypal receipt once you have made your payment. If you have any enquiries about your order, please email us at orders@mumsandbabes.com with your Order No.
3. Delivery
For Local Delivery in Singapore
Delivery is free with a minimum purchase of $60 on Mums & Babes online. Feel free to let us know your preferred delivery date and time by listing your preference in Customer’s Notes during Checkout. Please allow at least 1 – 3 workings days to process your order while we prepare your order for delivery.
Available delivery times are:
- 1) 9am – 12noon
- 2) 1pm – 4pm.
Delivery is only available during weekdays (Monday – Friday), not applicable on weekends and public holidays. Delivery time may be delayed due to overwhelming orders and high traffic.
For Overseas Delivery
We ship internationally and delivery charges do apply. Delivery charges are based on the volume weight of the item and destination address as set by the courier delivery company. If you have a preferred courier method, please let us know and we will bill you according to the charges with a copy of the receipt.

4. Returns and exchanges
It’s important to us that you are happy with your purchase from Mums & Babes. If you are not satisfied with your new purchase, we will exchange any unused item provided it is returned in its original, sealed and undamaged packaging, with your receipt and within 3 days from receipt of goods. However, the above would not apply to items for personal use. This includes breastpumps, toiletries, etc.. For your convenience, you may return any new goods purchased from our online store to Mums & Babes outlet ( TOH GUAN ONLY). During return, you need to provide your 1) Order Confirmation Email and 2) Paypal receipt.
5. Pricing
All prices are correct at the time of purchase and are confirmed with an order confirmation email. Previously viewed prices via cookies on your computer will not be honored and requests to do so will be refused. Sale prices are available only while stocks last. Mums & Babes reserve the right to change and amend prices at anytime
6. Supply
All orders are subject to availability. Prices and products – we endeavor to ensure that all prices and specifications are correct for the life of the catalogue when we go to press. However, we reserve the right to alter prices and specifications as necessary.
7. Feedback

8. Refund
All items sold are non-refundable except for items with manufacturing defects which will be replaced or refunded based on a case-by-case basis. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, with all tags in place and Customer has to email us at orders@mumsandbabes.com within 7 days of purchase. The refund will be made upon verification of defect and the customer is liable to bring down the item to 81 Toh Guan Rd East #03-01 Secom Centre S608606. You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge both way, and 20% of the value of the order, (re-stocking fee) if it is not manufacturing defects. In the event that the item you have purchased is discontinued or out of stock, we will refund you the money immediately via Paypal.
9. Order
If you discover that you have made a mistake with your Order after you have submitted it to the Site, please contact orders@mumsandbabes.com with your Order Number immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your Order in accordance with your instructions.
10. Item Discount
Item Discount more than 39% is non-refundedable, non exchangable.It is a clearance item.
